Extension handbooks

Handbooks are retail-sale publications of a comprehensive and detailed nature. They may be wholesaled by University Communications and Marketing Services to county offices or other outlets. They must be adequately capitalized to cover costs or be reviewed by University Communications and Marketing Services for marketability.
